There’s something truly magical about autumn. It’s always been one of my favourite seasons—the gentle shift in the air, the changing leaves, and the comforting urge to reach for cosy layers. Inspiration in the Changing Seasons
There’s something truly magical about autumn. It’s always been one of my favourite seasons—the gentle shift in the air, the changing leaves, and the comforting urge to reach for cosy layers.
The name Xarpo comes from the Greek goddess of autumn, and this wrap has been a labour of love, inspired by the gentle beauty and warmth the season brings. Working with merino blend wool, I wanted to create something that not only keeps you warm but also captures the spirit of autumn—rich in colour, texture, and comfort. For me, crocheting is a way to find relaxation, especially as we navigate the ups and downs of life. I hope this wrap brings you the same sense of comfort and creative joy.
The Xarpo Wrap is perfect for layering as the weather cools, with its beautiful merino blend, it’s soft, warm, and stylish—ideal for wrapping up on crisp autumn days. The pattern is at an intermediate level, featuring a variety of stitches to create intricate leaf granny squares.
